About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Product Designer to shape how thousands of support teams work every day. You will own end to end design for core surfaces of Halo, from the shared inbox to the customer timeline.

What You Will Do ?

— Own end to end design for core Halo product surfaces
— Design and ship new product features from concept to release
— Collaborate with engineers and product managers on scoped work
— Grow and maintain the Halo design system
— Run lightweight research and turn findings into design decisions

What We Are Looking For ?

— 4+ years designing production software products
— A portfolio that shows systems thinking, not just screens
— Comfort working directly in code review and spec conversations
— Experience designing for support or operations teams

Nice to Have

— Experience with helpdesk or CRM products
— You have built and maintained a design system before
